Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy

• If the customer does not appear at the designated pickup location, all monies paid will be non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours before the start of hire will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the period of hire will incur a 100% charge.
• Multiple vehicle bookings cancelled within 7 days before hire are fully non-refundable.

Delays & Flight Information

If flight information is not provided on time and the chauffeur has already departed, additional waiting time charges may apply. In case of major delays, please notify us immediately to ensure vehicle availability.
